Description : P2297 DODGE Oxygen Sensor Out of Range During Deceleration Bank 1 Sensor 1
Possible causes :
– Exhaust leaks before or near the Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)
– Faulty Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)
– Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) harness is open or shorted
– Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) circuit poor electrical connection
Solutions :
– Carry out a Reset via CarDiag
– Choose a better quality fuel
– Check that the tank cap is securely closed
– Check the oil level and add more if it is lower than MAX
– Restart an Automatic diagnostic via CarDiag
