I’m infrequently getting the OBD2 code P3091 in my Mini Cooper S 2008 and other than the message “Fuel Rail Pressure-Rate-Controlled Minimum Pressure Fallen Below” I can’t seem to find any more information as to the cause. The Mini dealer ran a diagnostic and told me I had to change the HPP fuel pump for $2200 + labour. Any other possible causes?
