Description : C1114 CHEVROLET ABS Power Relay Output Short Circuit To Ground
Possible causes :
– ABS Power Relay Wiring intermittently shorted to ground
– Faulty / intermittent connection at the Anti-Lock Brake Control Module (ABCM or EBCM)
– Faulty Anti-Lock Brake Control Module
Solutions :
– Carry out a Reset via CarDiag
– Choose a better quality fuel
– Check that the tank cap is securely closed
– Check the oil level and add more if it is lower than MAX
– Restart an Automatic diagnostic via CarDiag
